Shipping Policy
International Customers: Please be aware of any customs duties or fees that may apply to your order upon reaching your country. We cannot be held responsible for clearing your order or paying these customs fees.
Missed Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, the courier typically attempts delivery for three consecutive days. If you miss these attempts, please contact us to rearrange shipping. If your tracking info states "returned to sender," there may be an additional shipping fee.
Shipping Times: All orders are shipped via express/next-day service. However, there is a standard processing time of 2-4 working days for ready-to-ship items. Custom and sale orders typically require a processing time of 4-7 working days.
Refund Policy
Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns as our products are bespoke items made to order.
Exceptions:
- If you receive the wrong item.
- If your order was shipped to a different address than the one you provided. Please contact us if you need to change your address.
- If your order is delayed beyond the 10 working days processing duration during peak times, you can request a refund.
Courier Delays: Please note that we cannot provide a refund if the delay is due to the courier service, as we have limited control over this situation.
Conditions for Refunds: Returns and refunds are only accepted under rare circumstances. If you return an order that has been installed, used, lace cut, or if more than 7 days have passed since it was declared delivered, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect.
Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand the circumstances in which you are entitled to a refund.
